Award Winning Care

With a promise

We have 4 designated Senior Carers, who also help guide new carers in their role.

Our care workers are the backbone of the company and their commitment to caring for people is exemplary.

All staff undergo inhouse mandatory training before working in the communities and further training throughout the year.

We often invite outside professionals who have specific knowledge in specialist care such as Stoma Care, Parkinsons, Dementia (Virtual Dementia Bus) and End of Life etc. to help train our staff.

We also welcome members of client’s families to attend training, to give them an insight and knowledge.

In September 2019, Teresa won the coveted Kent Home Carer of The Year.

We also had 5 other runners up.

Our Promise to you

To make sure you feel comfortable with the care team that come into your home.

To help you and your family have peace of mind.

To work with you and your family/advocate on making sure you are receiving the care and support that has been arranged with yourself and the Assessor.

The Assessor will answer any of your questions (If they are not sure of the answers they will find out and get back to you asap).

We have friendly office staff for you to communicate with if any problems/changes arise.

All community and office staff are trained and updated on new regulations on a regular basis.

All community carers wear uniform and PPE, which are supplied by Tender Loving Carers.

All TLC staff (Office and community) hold ID badges for your security.

All new staff are trained before they care for people.

We will work our hardest to make sure your care and support runs smoothy whilst being with Tender Loving Carers.
